What the Students are Saying:
“The New York trip was easily the highlight of my summer. I felt like it was my chance to show what I’d been working on all through the year and get really honest feedback, and that’s exactly what happened. I went into the workshops so intimidated by the teachers and came out shaking their hands and laughing. Now I’m so excited to apply their advice to my performance and see where it takes me. Not to mention I grew so much closer to all the other students, even the people I’ve known since I was seven. Hey, nothing brings people together like chasing the band from ‘One Man, Two Guvnors” up the block from the Barrymore.” – Grace
“New York was easily one of the most uniquely incredible experiences that I have ever had. The combination of professional training in every aspect of theatre, seeing incredible shows, developing valuable friendships, and touring the city helped solidify the fact that I want to actively participate in theatre for the rest of my life. I would strongly suggest this trip for anyone that has a strong aspiration for theatrical studies!” – Zach
“The New York Trip has helped my performance skills immensely over the years. All year long I look forward to this amazing opportunity to strengthen my dancing, acting, singing and auditioning skills, as well as seeing Broadway and off Broadway shows.” – Daniel
What the Broadway Professionals are Saying:
“It is a joy to work with young people who are at such a professional level. Because Theatre 360 students come in so prepared and at such a high level, we are really able to accomplish nuanced, detailed work. I have been working with Theatre 360 for many years and every time I think to myself that many of these “kids” could be auditioning professionally. And they’re fun!!! It’s a sincere pleasure for me.” – Mylinda Hull, “42nd St.”; “Sweet Charity”, “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels”, “The Nance”
“I adore teaching the students from Theatre 360. It is one of my favorite teaching experiences of the year. They are so talented and enthusiastic. Devon Yates is an excellent teacher. She has prepared them to be professional, prepared and wonderfully game and eager to learn. I wish I had that kind of training when I was their age. Theatre 360’s New York Musical Theatre Trip is one of the most well rounded, educational and personalized learning experiences for kids ages 13-19 around.” – Anne L. Nathan; Broadway “It shoulda been you” , “Once”, “Thoroughly Modern Millie”, “Sunday in the Park with George”, “Chicago”, “Ragtime”.
