Privacy Policy: We do not share personal information with third parties.

Registration Information: All registrations are processed in the order they are received and will be accepted until the class or camp is full or closed.

Trial Class: A trial class for all classes is open to new students who are interested in possible enrollment during our school year sessions. If the student decides to continue in the class, that fee will be credited towards student’s enrollment tuition. There is one trial class offered per student per session. Trial class is only offered until class is full. Please contact the office to schedule the trial class.

Confirmation: An email confirmation email will contain further information to prepare the student for class. The email address we receive from you will be used for future correspondence.

Class Cancellation: Theatre 360 reserves the right to cancel a class if enrollment is insufficient. In this instance any tuition paid will be refunded in full or can be applied to an alternate class.

Student Policies:

Attendance: Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes on time and ready to work. If you are going to be late or absent, it is very important that you call the office at (626) 577-5922. Also please let the office know of any planned absences in advance. We understand that an absence may be necessary, but a missed class may hold up class progress. It is the student’s and/or parent’s responsibility to obtain any information and material covered during the missed class. Missed classes due to absences are non-refundable.

Make-Up Policy:  As a courtesy to our students, we offer the ability to make up a missed class during our school year sessions. Make-Up classes must be completed within the session and do not roll over into future sessions. The make-up does not have to be in the same style of class, but must be age-appropriate. We do not pro-rate, refund, or credit for vacations, sickness, or missed classes. All make-up classes must be completed prior to the last 2 weeks of the session, or with office approval.

While Theatre 360 will try to work with any family to determine a fair resolution, we reserve the right to take disciplinary actions, which could include expulsion from any of Theatre 360’s Programs without warning or refund, against any adult or children who repeatedly disregards Theatre 360’s stated policies or otherwise engages in actions deemed inappropriate by Theatre 360 staff.
