Cast List

First Rehearsal:

• The first rehearsal is tomorrow Wednesday January 22, from 4-6:pm, ALL CAST is called to the first rehearsal. 
• PLEASE NOTE: There is a $20 fee if you would like us to print the script for you.
• Please bring a pencil and notebook.
• Please bring a water bottle and snack. There will be no food drop-offs.

Production Fee:

• If you were cast in James and the Giant Peach the $400.00 Production Fee is due by February 1. After Feb 1, there is a $30.00 late charge applied.
• If needed, you may pay in two installments of $200.00, due Feb 1 and March 1.
• The installments can only be processed through credit card payments, no checks or cash allowed.

Payment:

• As the production fee is for the royalties it needs to be processed separately (ie. we cannot use the Sawyer system that is strictly for classes). Since Sawyer does not allow us to view credit card information for security, we will need to collect your card information again. Additionally, we only take Visa or MasterCard for this fee. 
• A fillable payment form will be sent through email. Please fill this out and send back to info@theatre360.org, or call 626-577-5922 to provide a card, or stop by the office. 

Rehearsal Schedule:

• A detailed rehearsal schedule and production guidebook will go out by this Friday, January 24.
• Please review your conflicts, and if your schedule has changed or you need to add additional conflicts, let us know by Tomorrow, January 22.
