- For cancellations, you MUST email info@theatre360.org BEFORE the 4th class to qualify for a refund or credit. All refunds are minus a $75 processing fee and the cost of classes taken.

It’s never too early to learn to communicate as an actor! We begin with ensemble building games, story structure exercises, and then scene work. Learn how to work with scene partners while bringing characters to life with vivid, compelling, personal choices. Assigned scenes will be given to encourage and stretch our young actors in good storytelling. Each student will learn to focus and support other actors in a scene while learning to give a unique and distinctive performance that will make them stand out! This is an essential class to building great skills in becoming a strong actor.

**Teen Tap
Mondays, Ages 11+, 5:45-6:45, Monthly tuition: $157 Jan, Feb, March, Apr

This class is designed to refine tap skills, while moving beyond the fundamentals of tap to focus on faster and more intricate footwork. The dancer at this level will develop speed, clarity, dynamics, and the ability to execute complex rhythmic combinations. Tap shoes are required. Two years minimum of tap required.

**Int/Adv Dramatic Scene Study
Mondays, Ages 12-18, 5:45-7:45, Monthly tuition: $315 Jan, Feb, March, Apr

Through script analysis, repetition, and improvisation, students will further develop their performance technique as they pursue objectives and overcome obstacles. Students will focus on learning to work truthfully from moment to moment. Along with acting skills, students will develop techniques in creative thinking and public speaking. Scenes will be chosen from classic to contemporary playwrights.
Regular attendance is necessary as students will work with partners.

Our Adult Tap dance class is for beginning intermediate to intermediate level. Students coming in should already know the basics. Tap is a great way to connect with rhythm, coordination, and performance. In each class, students will learn new repertoire and choreography, get a good work out, and have a terrific time! Students will develop a condensed musical with blocking, choreography, and music. Each class will work on acting, dance, and singing skills in a rehearsal-like setting. Students will be asked to memorize lines, vocal parts, and choreography. Class will culminate in a fully realized performance for family and friends. Students are encouraged to work on their own to practice and rehearse in between classes.

**Ballet for Musical Theatre

This course is designed to teach and develop the musical theatre performer’s knowledge and confidence in ballet. An emphasis is placed on technique, movement control and body alignment, allowing the student to take this knowledge and apply it to any form of dance and use it as a performer. Essentials will be taught through barre exercise and combinations, allowing the student to utilize this movement control throughout their lives. Dance attire and ballet shoes are required.

Wednesdays, Ages 5-7, 3:30-4:30, Monthly tuition: $180 Jan, Feb, March, Apr
This class will introduce your child to all things musical theatre! Songs are staged with movement and choreography, with an emphasis on vocal technique and great storytelling. Students will learn to put musical numbers together through rehearsal and performance. Repertoire will be chosen from the broad range of classic and contemporary Broadway shows as a foundation for their theatre education!

Musical Theatre Dance
Thursdays, Ages 8-11, 4:00-5:30, Monthly tuition: $270 Jan, Feb, March, Apr
Today’s successful actor must not only act, but also move. This class focuses on developing the new dancer’s placement, technique, and theatre dance vocabulary. Each student will learn how to express themselves through movement while gaining a strong background in theatre dance that can be utilized in upcoming auditions and productions. Students leaving this class will feel more confident in their own abilities to move well, while having a great time! Dance attire required.

Acting on Camera
Thursdays, Ages 10-18, 4:15-5:45, Monthly tuition: $270 Jan, Feb, March, Apr
This course offers an introduction to on-camera acting for film and television. Students will participate in monologue and scene work, while learning the fundamentals of on-screen camera acting technique. Class content will take our students from the initial audition process to the final shoot. Students will be on camera each class getting comfortable with slating, hitting marks, framing, lighting, storytelling on camera, working with a reader and watching playback for growth.

Musical Theatre Dance for Teens
Thursdays, Ages 12-18, 5:45-7:15, Monthly tuition: $293 Jan, Feb, March, Apr
This musical theatre dance class will focus on learning proper dance technique while exploring the various dance styles used in Broadway shows. Class curriculum includes a proper warm-up, stretches, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. Class choreography will work on growth, in storytelling, self-confidence, and expression! Dance attire required.

Beg/Int Acting for Teens
Thursdays, Ages 12-16, 5:45-7:15, Monthly tuition: $270 Jan, Feb, March, Apr
Students will dive into interesting and lively theatre activities, including acting techniques, stage directions, and terminology; vocal projection and confidence; and how an actor creates and becomes a character. You’ll then use these tools to work on monologues and scenes. Class will work towards building a modified play for our end of class showcase.

Improv Comedy Club

Improv opens you up to the power of being in the moment as an actor! Each class will start with improv warm-ups, theatre games, and technique building tools for non-scripted fun! The students will then explore basic sketch comedy structures and foundations of creating strong comedic characters through original sketches and scenes.

Itty Bitty Broadway

Is your child constantly singing, dancing, acting, and pretending they are someone else? Are they ready to build their confidence, skills, and teamwork? Welcome to “Itty Bitty Broadway!” Students will learn songs, dances, and scenes inspired from the best Broadway has ever produced. They will develop confidence and characters as they learn to express themselves through the power of the performing arts.

Creating a Play
Saturdays, Ages 6-8, 10:15-11:15, Monthly tuition: $180 Jan, Feb, March, Apr
In this acting class, imagination is king! Your child will engage in creative thinking through movement, theater games, improvisation, and scenes. Students will not only learn the basics of projection, focus, and objective, but how to bring to life their own creativity and ideas. Throughout the session students will work on building a short play from start to finish, incorporating costumes, props, sets, and new-found acting skills!
